Replenishment (RPL) Expert (Jakarta Raya - Sudirman Business District, Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

# On site Support- Analyze Replenishment & related interfaces and related issues raised by the customer; distinguish between real problems requiring fixes (2nd level support) and non-problems.
# Leadership- Be the client’s point of contact for application and integration problems. Provide in depth expertise and advice and be able to demonstrate the client’s responsibility on customizations or integration related issues.
# Be able to prioritize with the client the core problems for resolution of the most blocking issues first.
# Expertise- Based on a deep expertise on core functionality, integration and technical knowledge, the expert is expected to analyze any issues and demonstrate the client’s responsibility or identify core functionality problems.
# Display broad knowledge of the system. Be able to develop or provide the customer with strong technical and functional expertise to help developing customizations.
# Maintenance- Identify core problems and interact with respective development teams to communicate all related details for optimum resolution.
# UAT support, production planning, production & post-production support.
# Defect tracking, investigation & resolution of defects in production, UAT.
# Quality Assurance- Adhering to self-check methodologies, produces high quality work with careful attention to details, leaving no open ends, and knowing how to identify and solve complex problems.

Requirements:

Essential:
# Familiarity with Prepaid System.
# Familiar with Unix and its environment quite extensively.
# Basic knowledge on how to monitor Unix system: CPU, Processes, File System, Network connection etc.
# Familiar and experienced in writing Unix Shell scripting, Perl / Awk.
# In depth knowledge of Java (programming, Java Virtual Machine, Object Oriented concepts), JSP and Servlet.
# Deep knowledge of Network programming.
# Knowledge in WebLogic (configuration and monitoring), EJB.
# Knowledge in Oracle data model / SQL and applying hints / PL /SQL / Toad, etc.
# Previous site experience is required.

Education:

# University degree in IT or equivalent.

Language(s):

# Fluent written and spoken English.
