
Responsibilities:
* Provides support to end-users for PC hardware and software.
* May interact with network services, software systems engineering, and/or applications development to restore service and/or identify and correct core problem.
* May recommend systems modifications to reduce user problems.
* IT hardware and software purchase requisition;
* IT inventory administration;
Requirements:
* Diploma or Degree in IT / IS discipline.
* At least two years experience in service desk / technical desk support
* Very good support knowledge in MS Outlook , MS Windows OS and Office suite of product, standard Desktop products
* Good knowledge in IT Infrastructure (Network topologies, VPN, Server etc)
* Process oriented
* Able to perform in fast moving and demanding environment
* Able to multi-task
* Team player who is self motivated, self disciplined and shows initiative
