Application Programmer (1 junior post) & Systems Analyst (1 senior post)

Responsibilities:
User Requirement Analysis
Gap analysis and work-around solution from existing system
Bridge between end-users and programmers
Project implementation, timeline, prioritization
2nd level support after implementation

Requirements:
Hands-on experience in software system requirement, development, testing, deployment and implementation
Hands on experience in Borland Delphi programming, Microsoft SQL server 2000/2003/2005, and MySQL database
Sound basic networking (setup, install, administration)
Good hands-on accounting knowledge and accounting system will be prioritized
Minimum 4 years of experience
Only highly independant individual with great sense of commitment need to apply
