MIS Coordinator

Responsibilities:
Implementation at distributor sites: audit hardware requirements at distributor site, set up software application, data transfer and training
Super user of Quickbook cum Trainer
Administrator and Maintain the head office set up : coordinate with Regional IT
Coordinate with Quickbook for distributor site training and off site troubleshooting
Manage Master Reference File and coordinate refreshment of files
Performs collation of reports for dissemination to Sales team and marketing team

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Quickbook, Cisco, Oracle.
Preferred skill(s): SAP, ERP.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent. Job role in IT Executive/MIS or equivalent.
Contract positions available.
