System Administrator

Responsibilities:

* To manage server, database unit and application unit.
* To implement, maintain and manage Data Center infrastructure.
* Provide operation enhancement initiatives to system admin Data Center
* Take ownership and achieve all committed objectives with proactively address and develop contingency
* To plan and execute System Admin projects
* Maintain and support Redhat Linux Server
* Perform troubleshooting for problems with server hardware/software issues and work with other support staff from other disciplines (database, storage, Linux, etc) to resolve problem.
* Perform detailed root cause analysis for all problems
* Manage multi-sites uptime and downtime coordination with internal customer, server owners, external support vendors, etc
* Provide timely feedback and keep customer updated on their issues.

Requirements:

* Degree or Professional qualification in Computer Science / Computer Engineering/ Information Technology or equivalent
* MUST have experience in System Admin and strong troubleshooting skills
* Preferred Certifications: RHCE, CISCO certified System Administrator
* Mandatory Skills: Red Hat Linux, Apache, BIND, Samba, Sendmail, Qmail, Subversion, Squid, Networking.
* Familiar with OpenVPN, IP Tables, Shorewall, Perl, MySQL, PHP and so on.
* Please note that without extensive Linux experience, it is unnecessary to apply.
* MUST have experience with remote support on LAN/WAN and Enterprise environment experience
* Knowledge of networking and TCP/IP
* Excellent communication skills and proficient in English
* Experience with hardware problem diagnosis, User management, and File System management.
* Good team player, able to work under pressure and long hours
* Preferably senior executives specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
