IT Mediation & Provisioning

Requirements:

Personal Attributes:
- BSc. or MSc in e.g. Telecommunication/Computer Science/Information Technology
- 3 years work experiences
- A team player as well as be able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Highly motivated and able to work under pressure.
- Excellent in teamwork.
- Good analytical skills
- Fast learner and able to study independently
- Good in English both oral and written

Skill Requirement:
- Good skill in UNIX/LINUX, Oracle and/or PL/SQL
- Experience in programming : web based programming or using programming language like Delphi, VB, JAVA
- Have knowledge in mediation and provisioning or billing will be an advantage

Main Purpose of the Role and Key Responsibilities:
- Engage closely with internal users to implement any project related to mediation and provisioning
- Fully responsible for delivering all tasks/projects on committed schedule (configuration and testing)
- Assisting Operational team on operating mediation and provisioning system
- Troubleshooting and problem solving on mediation and provisioning system error and coordinate with vendor for further investigation and problem solving
- Investigating any dispute case on the system as requested by internal users
