
Customer Service Representative - IT&T Coordinator
The Customer Service Representative – IT&T is responsible for providing exceptional and professional customer service to both existing and potential clients, with a primary focus on handling IT and telecommunications enquiries. The CSR-IT will face both internal and external users and deal with any problem arising from computer/technology usage and connection, as well as hardware/software enquiries (e.g. PC set-up/installation).
Key responsibilities
· Deal with computer/technology/telecommunications problems (e.g. change IP address of the computer or handle proxy-setting checks in web browsing programs)
· Handle enquiries relating to hardware/software (e.g. PC and telephone set-up/installation)
· Provide customer service/secretarial support to clients in offices/meeting rooms according to Regus procedure
· Set up of show offices and meeting rooms and prepare offices for client move-ins
Ideally you will possess
· Tertiary qualification in computer science or related discipline
· A minimum of two years’ work experience in providing user support service in a multi-national corporation / business centre / hospitality industry
· Experience in working according to set procedures
· Able to work independently with diversified computer systems (e.g. basic DOS commands, basic hardware configuration, proxy setting in web browsing programs and MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
· Experience in patching telephone data between ports
· Fluency in spoken and written English
· First Aid certificate preferred but not essential
