Specialist Process Improvement

Responsibilities:

* Works closely with other Business Functions Team and Information Technology Team to identify opportunities for sustainable improvements in various aspects including but not limited to cost optimization, process based management, policy and procedures, appropriate measurements, etc.
* Helps champion the process of developing policy, practices and business processes with clear Key Result Areas, Key Performance Indicators and specific targets, to include recommending solutions to making processes better, faster and more cost efficient.
* Enrolls all departments to the implementation of PI initiatives to include but not limited to implementation of approved key improvement, when necessary, into current work-flow practices or system infrastructure.
* Uses various software applications, such as Enterprise Resource Planning, spreadsheets, databases, statistical packages, and graphics packages to assemble, manipulate and/or format data and/or reports

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy or Management Information.
* At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required. Project Management, Business Process Reengineering (BPR), IT Audit and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) intense exposures preferred.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta.
* Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
