* Graduate from University major in Graphic Design / Information Technology
* Maximum 28 years old
* Hard working, creative, self motivated and discipline.
* Able to work under pressure to achieve goal(s)
* Able to work in team
* Good analytical skill and inter-personal relationship
* Able to think creatively and out of the box, must have a strong taste of design
* Able to provide conceptual design
* Excellent in Graphic Design Skills
* Excellent in Web Design Skills, experience in HTML, CSS
* Able to develop Flash Web Design will be an advantage
