Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): Cobol, Microsoft Visual Basic, .
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
* Lead and create in- house programs to engineer sales and billing system.
* Design and implement systems of consumer data enabling sales analysis of each consumer (quantity achievements, A/R, expenses of sponsored marketing transactions and events).
* Work closely with users to establish problem specifications and system designs.
* Upgrade old segments of technologies employed by the company to process financial transactions.
* Enhance commercial agreements & terms data.
* Design and implement back- up system.
* Supervise users on usage of programs.
* Document progress reports and manuals for each program created.
