System Administrator & Support

Job Description:

* Provide First Level Support to customer.
* Ensure all infrastructures, equipment, and applications are working properly.
* Provide Data Search & Analysis for management and customer.

Technical Requirement:

* Solid experiences in Unix, Windows server 200x, Windows XP.
* Solid experiences in Oracle SQL.
* Strong Unix administration & troubleshooting skill (Sun Solaris & Linux).
* Solid experience in network and security.
* Experience implementing and managing disaster recovery procedures.
* Extensive knowledge and understanding of Server/WAN infrastructure.
* Ability in web application development is a plus.

Personal Attribute:

* Minimum D3 – Informatika.
* At least 4 years experiences in similar positions.
* Willing to work odd hours.
* Strong commitment to quality customer service.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Excellent spoken and written English.
