SAP Support - Consultants

Responsibilities:

· Provide support to end users within the Asia Pacific region in terms of training, trouble shooting and improvement plan for business processes and reporting
· Update modules related issues reported by users in the issue log, analyze the issues and provide solution
· Escalate issues that cannot be resolved and monitor the status and carry out necessary tests with the users to confirm closure of the issues
· Position performs system maintenance: update configurable master data, streamline technical functions, standardize processes, and cleanup/housekeeping for system and/or data
· Conduct system training when necessary
· Update system configuration and documentation when there are changes or new requirements in the business process
· Provide functional specifications to be used in creating/ changing SAP reports
· Expertise in one of the following modules:
- Financials: FI / CO / Consolidation (ECCS) / PS
- Supply Chain Management: SD / MM / PP / APO / WM
- Technical: Basis / ABAP

Requirements:
· Degree in any discipline
· SAP certified is preferred
· Minimum of 3 years SAP consulting or support experience
· Ability to analyze ‘As Is’ and ‘To Be’ business processes, complete complex business design for gap / interfaces and configure system to user requirements
· Experienced in supporting SAP operations
· Ability to speak / read / write Mandarin will be an advantage

Positions may be based in Malaysia but project locations could be anywhere in the Asia-Pacific Region.
