
Essential Requirements:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Commerce or related discipline majoring in Training & Development
* At least 7 – 10 years of Learning & Development significant exposure in Asia Pacific
* Proven exposure in working within a multi-cultural environment successfully
* Ability to demonstrate sound knowledge with major account IT sales and posses sound understanding of the business challenges that face a sales organization
* Ability to describe how the learning and development function can address the needs of the business.
* Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders in both the HR and Sales functions of the business
* Ability to develop your professional skills and knowledge in-line with contemporary education & training best practices
* Ability to effectively network with others to fully leverage resources within the team and the wider learning community and subject matter expertise across the company
* Fluent in English and another Asia language such as Mandarin, Thai or Bahasa Indonesia will be preferred
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to influence and have excellent engagement skills
* Significant travel (circa 30 %) throughout the Asia Pacific region will be required as well as occasional global travel
