Head of IT Infrastructure

A) POSITION REQUIRED
· Job Title : Head of IT Infrastructure
· Reports to : President Director

B) REQUIREMENTS
· Education
- Graduate / Professional Qualification.
· Experience
- 4 years experience of leading IT projects in a MultiFinance company.
· Skill Requested
- Good sense of organization and initiative
- Rigorous / Time management
- Experience in team management, team spirit and diplomatic
- Adaptability and availability
- High stress resistance and capable to manage a heavy workload
- Knowledge of consumer financing (car loans, classic loans, leasing)
- Available for business trips (Indonesia, Singapore, India, Paris)
- And of course interested in joining a start-up!
· Language Proficiency
- Fluent English (oral and written)

C) MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
· Plan budget, planning and strategic IT investments to adopt optimum technological solution for an accelerated growth
· Manage implementation of IT projects for effective and efficient delivery. Contribute to cost/opportunity business analysis.
· Organize technical resources (internal and external) and processes for management and support of IT infrastructure
· Manage technical and personal development of members
· Provide visible leadership for the company within the technology community
· Anticipate and react to major technology changes to ensure the maintenance of company leadership in the competitive landscape
· Link between technology and business (present opportunities offer by new tech; translate business language into IT language and vice versa)
· Trouble shooting
· Guarantee the integrity of data
· Implement security policy and group best practices
· Build trust of business in the system through reliable IT operations and effective communication
· Monitor and verify that methodologies, procedures and guidelines for system development and IT infrastructure activities comply with information security program

D) OTHERS
· Location of Work : South Jakarta and frequent business trips (Singapore, India, Paris).
· Job Status : Permanent.
· Salary : Negotiable
