- S1 from Computer Science or Informatics with min 2year experience at IT related (Priority)
- Have IT Skill (SAP, Windows, PC, Office, Internet, Anti Virus)
- Have a Communication Skill
- Have a Customer Relationship Skill
- English (min. Passive)
- Have a Sense of customer satisfaction & operational support readiness
