Technical support & hardware Supervisor

Qualifications:

1. S1 in computer science, engineering, information technology, network security or other relevant subject
2. At least 3 years experience in network & system infrastructure
3. Router, switch manageable and wireless networking is a must
4. Experince in IT appliance such as firewall, antivirus, antispam, VPN, CISCO, VOIP and VSAT
5. Able to support end-user IT request, perform troubleshooting and solving related issues
6. Proficient in making system documentations and inventories
7. Having valid CCNA is preferable
8. Understanding and have experience using wireless network
9. Have excellent communication skill, good appearance and ability to work in a team and individually

2. Create and implement the infrastructure development and expansion at our head office as well as at the plantation area
3. Control and monitor IT tools, assets & equipments in our Head office as well as at the Plantation area
