Database

* Experienced in SQL Server 7 and above
* Experienced in database design and normalization
* Experienced in PL/SQL scripting, debugging and performance tuning

Software Development

* Experienced in Visual Basic 6 and .Net platform code writing and debugging
* Experienced in OOP, creating custom controls, and fine tuning code

Reporting

* Experienced in Crystal Reports 8 and above
* Experienced in developing complex reports with charts, cross tab,and sub-reports
* Experienced in troubleshooting reports problems

Others

* Experience in Web Forms, ASP 2.0 or above, AJAX and SQL Server 2005 reporting service will be advantageous
