PROJECT MANAGER

Requirements :

* 5 years experience in IT with minimum of 1 year project management experience in information system development handling medium complex projects
* Strong technical knowledge on internet and client server based systems is preferred.
* Skills on J2EE, ASP and .NET technologies is a plus.
* Good knowledge on the systems development methodology
* Strong on requirements management and quality/acceptance testing
* Good business background on Insurance, Financial, or related operations within a company
* Good project management skills
* Experience in negotiation
* Good leadership and motivational skills
* Experience in business process review
* Good communication and presentation skills
* Good interpersonal and customer service skills
* Good knowledge in conducting Cost Benefit Analysis for systems projects
* Sound planning and budgeting capability
