* Must have experience as programmer in business projects.
* Strong knowledge and experience in the following programming skills :
o Delphi (with minimum 2 years experience)
o MySQL, MSSQL (query, join, view, trigger, stored procedure)
* Database design and analyzing
* Business process understanding
* Time efficient
* Willing to work long hours to meet deadlines
* Self motivated and and independent worker who is responsible with his/her projects
* Willing to learn and resourceful in problem solving
* Able to read and write english
