Help Desk Officer (for Jakarta and Lhoksukon Office)

Responsibilities:

* Record incoming call from user and escalate the problem to desktop support
* Distribute and Manage Ticket to desktop Support team
* Provide monthly report

Requirements:

* Female
* Age between 25-28 years old
* Hold minimal Diploma D3 in Computer Science or Other Field’s Diploma
* Having min 3 years experience at the same field
* Mandatory Fluent in both spoken and written in English
* Having good knowledge in MS Office
* Smart and Good personality
