CRM & CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM ANALYST

Job Requirements:

* Bachelor Degree in related technical discipline
* Three years experience in billing and customer management/CRM system (billing system in telecommunication are highly preferable
* Oral and written communication skills to prepare and communicate detailed technical product/business process knowledge to management, project team members, customers and vendors
* Comprehensive understanding on :

1. CRM System
2. Customer Management System
3. Billing System fundamental
4. Case Management (Auto Dispatch, Rule Manager, SLA Management)
5. CRM Analytics
6. Marketing Champaign
7. AVAYA and CTI system

* Progressive responsibility and experience in analyzing, developing, implementing, monitoring and reporting on plans and programs for one or more products or business processes that cross multiple functions
* Project management concepts and techniques
* Exposure to Programming Languages like VB / XML /Core Java / PL SQL / C++ / Shell Scripting
