Senior Web Developers

Requirements:

* The general qualification for all candidates:

o Quick Learner
o Not allergic to new method / technology
o Fluent in English and has good communication skills
o Experience using Subversion is a plus
o Problem solver
o Minimum 2 years work experience in web development using PHP / Actionscript / CSS or any other language and should have the confidence to quickly adapt to a new programming language

* Job Requirements:


* For PHP

o Familiar with OOP Computer algorithms and data structure
o Master in MySQL replication index esdebug and cache
o Understand Model-View-Controller
o For Flash
o Excellent knowledge on one or more 3D applications and terminology
o Experience with one or more popular Flash 3D Engine / library (Papervision 3D / Flashsandy 3D / Away 3D)
o Good understanding on AS3 and OOP
o Good understanding on 3D math is a big plus
o Experience in developing Flash games especially multiuser games is a big plus

* For CSS

o Knows liquid layouts
o Experienced in div-based or table-less layouts
o Understanding of Web Standards
o Should know Standards-compliant code for validation with both CSS & XHTML
o Knowledge of Accessibility and Usability
o Should have worked on Adobe PhotoshopI llustrator Dreamweaver
o Knowing Browser Compatibility is a must
o Knowledge of recent technologies

* Added Requirements:

o Familiar with Linux
o Familiarity with developing Open Social or Facebook Applications
o Has good understanding and experience with modern Javascript CSS and markup techniques
