Oracle DBA Consultants

Requirements :

- Bachelor Degree in IT / Engineering
- Minimum 4 years of hands on experience as Oracle DBA
- Has ORACLE 10g / 9i Database Administrator Professional Certification would be a strong benefit
- Has exposure to RAC and Oracle Apps would be preferred
- Has strong experience on Oracle Application server (OAS/9iAS) / WebDB (Portal) Administration, Oracle Database Performance monitoring and tuning, Upgrading, backup and recovery, configuration, monitoring and tuning in various platform.
- Analytical problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
- Service oriented behavior and communication to internal and external contacts
- Good communication skills (communication to customers verbal and written is mandatory)
- Language : fluent in English

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Cloning, database refresh
- Trouble shooting, working with developers, documentation
- OEM (alerts, monitoring, administration, and performance)
- MTS/Connection Pooling
- Concurrent manager support/monitoring
- Java administration, Web applications servers, Report server, and Forms server
- Oracle Applications Server(OAS/9iAS) / WebDB (Portal) administration
- Oracle installation, 11i patching, upgrades
- Configure JVM and jserv processes for load balancing.
