Responsibilities:
* To lead an analyst team to provide analytic support to the whole collection department
* To prepare document and monitor strategy effectiveness an custody of collection strategy paper
* Track and evealuate the effectiveness of all collection strategy
* Design and conduct champion and challenger test of all collection strategies
* Maintain the capacity planning model and validating of the assumtion
