Hardware And Telecommunication Supervisor (Jawa Timur - Surabaya)

Responsibilities:

* Report to IT Manager.
* Manage IT Sub Department Hardware and Telecommunication (working schedule and report)
* Together with IT Manager to prepare Department budget and implement matrix jobs system.
* Monitoring and maintenance network and telecommunication system.
* Monitoring and evaluation server and active device system (including create as well as modify client account).
* Monitoring and evaluation mail server, anti virus and security system (including create as well as modify client account).
* Together with Sub Department System to monitor and evaluate system running.
* Searching a new technology which can be implemented on the company system, by performed it to trial and error.
* Implement technology upgrade of the existing system on this company.
* Keep the system functional operation by monitoring, modification, assembling the patch and maintenance.
* Keep online system reliability for hardware, network and telecommunication.

Requirements:

* Male and holds a Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university with GPA min 3.00, preferably from Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Informatics Engineering background.
* Minimum 5 years of working experience preferably with mid-sized firms and MNC’s.
* To perform this job successful, the incumbent should be familiar and has in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in relation with networking and security systems, linux servers, windows server, as well as database servers.
* Strong work commitment with the ability to work independently and be self driven.
* Strong ERP systems understanding and implementation experience.
* Able to provide business support and be a strong partner in operations.
* Meticulous with an aptitude for figures and able to multitask effectively.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to think and plan ahead.
* Attention to details and posses strong communication skills, follow through actions and decisions with sense of urgency, punctuality and meet agreed deadlines.
* Demonstrate leadership ability to lead and drive a team to achieve company project.
* Proficient in English (spoken and written) and computer application literacy is a must.
* Willing to be posted within the factory area in Beji – Pasuruan.
