ERP Specialist - Financial Policies and Systems

The major job elements are:
* Provide Group direction for Implementation of ERP
* Train the users of the company in the ERP Software – Cognos / Oracle.
* Review and provide comment on the ERP implementation based on the Financial Policies and procedures across the Group
* Manage the Cognos systems and environment including change control

The key skills thus required are:
* Around 8+ years of post qualifying experience in Information Technology.
* Understanding of accounting policies and principles based on IFRS will be a big big plus
* Extensive application system implementation experience, in Cognos (absolute must) and Oracle (big advantage) is desired for this role.
* Track record of successful system implementation, as well as IT change control - as Cognos is a development environment.
* Should have at least 3-4 years of end to end implementation experience in Cognos Enterprise Planning (EP), Cognos Controller Implementation.
* Experience in Oracle Financials, Oracle Financial Analyzer (OFA), Business Process Management, is highly desired.
* Implementation experience of Cognos in a Telecommunications company will be an added advantage.

Appropriate qualifications include –
* Education background in Finance stream or Equivalent.
* Excellent ERP implementation experience in Cognos & Oracle.
* Cettification in COGNOS or Oracle ERP
