Virtual Channel Management Officer

Responsibilities:

* Objective
o To serve web communities attempting to grow and reach new members


o Job Responsibilities
+ Develop and maintain an on-going web strategy.
+ Implement and analyze new page layouts, landing pages and page designs.
+ Continue to integrate and deploy social marketing tools.
+ Create and monitor conversion focused content.
+ Analyze and interpret web analytics matrics.
+ Maintain Kalbe Nutritional’s websites look and feel as dictated by branding initiatives
+ Develop marketing campaigns, E-Mail Newsletters and SEO (Search Engine Optimization) campaigns.

Requirements:
o Female, max 25 years old
o Minimum S1 in Management (interest and have knowledgeable in IT, specifically related to Web or electronic channel communication)
o Basic HTML programming skills.
o Understanding of CSS.
o Understanding of web conversion techniques and strategies.
o Understanding of social marketing and customer-driven content.
o Experience in one of the following: SEO, Web Marketing or Content Management
