Programmer for International Project

Responsibilities:
Jobs summary
Develop (design, coding, testing and documenting) applications for international clients according to the clients’ challenging requirements.


Essential Responsibilities
Ensure the deliverable is of high quality according to industry and company standards and meet the client's requirements. Be prepared to meet the Swiss quality standards.
Interested in learning standard software development methodologies using Java for commercial use.


Main Duties
Developing, testing and documenting software applications.
Conduct code reviews.
Evaluating new technologies/ frameworks.
Interact with international clients in English.

Requirements:
Education/Qualifications
Minimum bachelor degree in Computer Science/Information Technology from a reputable university in Indonesia/overseas.
Having any Java certifications is preferable.
Experience
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in developing desktop and/ or web application (PHP/Java) including databases (Oracle, MySQL), preferably in Java.
Having gathered relevant experience with Java


Personal skills
Ability to deliver high quality work under time pressure.
Having positive attitude, strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in unfamiliar environment.
Posses proven analytical skills.
Team player which is able to deliver results.
Reliable, flexible and ability to work in international a team.


Computer skills
Having strong knowledge in UML modeling for software development.
Solid understanding of object oriented and/or service oriented software design and methodology.
Excellent in Java (desktop/web application)
Ability to develop web application using Java Spring framework and Hibernate would be an advantage.
Excellent in HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
Strong MySQL knowledge.


Languages skills
Proficient in both oral and written English and Indonesian.
