SENIOR ANALYST/PROGRAMMER (SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT)

A multi-national logistics company has a vacancy for a SENIOR ANALYST PROGRAMMER to join its SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT (SCM) Unit of its Jakarta-based IT Team.

Proven work experience in warehousing and logistics systems, preferably Exceed 2.03 or higher, is a must.

The right candidate should have a good educational background and posses very good analytical knowledge, experience and capability in the following:

1. Visual Studio.Net (ASP.Net, VB.Net, XML.Net)
2. SQL/T-SQL/RDBMS in database servers such as MS SQL Server or Oracle
3. XML, Java Script, VBscript and ASP
4. Programming in VB.6, PL SQL or other programming language
5. Advanced Crystal Reporting knowledge
6. Advanced knowledge in MS Excel and Windows Server 2002/2003
7. Networks and peripheral management
8. Hands-on experience in running and managing WMS systems including EDI

The selected employee would be expected to carry out system studies, prepare functional/technical specifications, carry our programming requirements and complete tasks in a structured and professional manner within pre-set time-frames.

He/she should have a willingness to work long hours, if and when required, to meet deadlines.

The ideal person should be a team player and be prepared to work alongside other members of the company’s IT team.

A good knowledge of oral and written English will be an added advantage.
