
Responsibilities:
* To provide responsive and effective first line IT technical support to customers.
* To provide responsive and effective desktop and office productivity software support to customers, both windows and open source platforms.
* To take ownership of customer problems and be proactive when dealing with customer issues.
* To log all calls on the call logging system.
* Support customers in the use of computer equipments by providing necessary training or advice.
* To escalate more complex problems to the relevant parties.
* To arrange for external technical support when problems cannot be resolved in-house.
Requirements:
* Female preferred
* Bsc (S1) in IT related degrees required.
* Having 5 years experiences as IS&T (Dekstop) Support.
* Strong knowledge of Windows and Open Source Operating Systems.
* Experience with using and troubleshooting office productivity software such as Microsoft Office and Open Source Office applications.
* Experience with using and troubleshooting email systems such as Exchange and Notes within a network environment (permissions, calendar sharing, delegation, etc).
* Good Analytical and problem solving skills.
* Good knowledge of PC Hardware setup and configurations.
* Good command of verbal and written English
* Dynamic, motivated and initiative individual who is willing to take increased responsibility and challenges
