Billing System Analyst

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree in related technicl discipline
2. Three years experience in billing and customer management/CRM system (billing system in telecommunication are highly preferable)
3. Oral and written communication skills to prepare and communicate detailed technical product/business process knowledge to management, project team members, customers and vendors
4. Comprehensive understanding on (a) billing and rating, (b) mediation (c) provisioning, (d) interconnection
5. Progressive responsibility and experience in analyzing, developing, implementing, monitoring and reporting on plans and programs for one or more products or business processes that cross multiple functions
6. Project management concepts and techniques
7. Exposure to Programming Languages like VB / XML /Core Java / PL SQL / C++ / Shell Scripting
