Web/Flash Designer

REQUIREMENTS :

* One year minimum experience web design and development experience
* Strong portfolio of visual design samples
* Expert command of Photoshop and Illustrator/Freehand
* Experience with Flash, Fireworks, and Dreamweaver
* Keen eye for typography, color and layout
* Thorough knowledge of web design and development (up to date with trends)
* Expert understanding of HTML, best coding practices and clean UI implementation
* Experience with cross-browser CSS/HTML design and behaviors
* Familiar with HTML email design and development
* Experience with XHTML, Javascript, PHP, ASP, and web design standards is preferred
* Experience working with cross-functional teams including programming, marketing, and development
* Knowledge of screen-layout constraints, preparing graphics for online use, web palettes and font support
* Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-moving and rapidly evolving environment
* Working knowledge of current technology and a strong understanding of design trends

Additional expertise to be prioritized:
* Other opensource CMS (Joomla etc), APIs (for Facebook/Friendster/Google apps)
* Web 2.0 ready
