Job Responsibilities:

1. Perform recruitment of new Business Partner to close gap in partner map and drive mid-market revenue.
2. Highly understand IBM brand and mid-market partner requirement (certification, resource commitment, solution, etc.) including driving Business Partner enablement and certification.
3. Closely working with brands to ensure enablement content meets needs of different partner-types.
4. Selling IBM value proposition to partners is one of the key values to be delivered thru this role, in which also include initiating incentive and promote targeted for channels.
