Programmer

Successful candidate will earn between 7,000,000 – 10,000,000 per month (plus performance bonuses), depending on years of experience and the scope of responsibility you can assume.

The Web Developer position is all about handling basic open source CMS configuration, design conversion, and integration of modules. You will be working mostly with the presentation layer of systems like Joomla and Drupal; this means you will need not only basic PHP but also very solid CSS skills. We are concerned with web standards, best practices, usability and accessibility. A good candidate for this position has at least 2 years relevant experience and a professional portfolio of project work. This is a fast-paced position and you will stay busy, though you will not need to worry about client contact, as the Web Developer always works with our graphic designers and team leader (project manager). This is a great position for someone with both programming skills and good design sense.

Qualified candidates will earn between 3,000,000 – 4,000,000 000 per month (plus performance bonuses), depending on the quantity and quality of work delivered per month.
