* Purpose:
* The purpose is to drive business success for the Entertainment & Devices Division (EDD) in Indonesia. The candidate will need to provide sales leadership to drive revenue and profit from distributor, resellers and other retail and non-retail channels reaching consumers.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Primary responsibilities include:
* Working with distributor to achieve both sell-in and sell-through objectives
* Developing a channel strategy and maximize sales coverage through internal and distributor’s retail account managers
* Manage and develop the internal sales team to plan, develop and execute account plans to meet and exceed all targets for distributors and retailers.
* Build and develop top-to-top relationship with distributor, key retailers and partners.
* Proactively identify and expand both retail and non-retail channels to sell EDD products and Commercial FPP products.
* Manage and set expectations for distributor and retailer KPIs and conduct quarterly and annual business reviews to track performance
* Work with operations to ensure that distributor is meeting inventory and credit performance and take necessary action to address potential issues
* Develop distributor and retailer rebate programs as well as incentive programs to drive sales performance and KPIs.
* Manage and track the Market Development Fund (MDF) to drive key retailer activities to meet sales targets
* Work with Channel Marketing on Outlet Coverage programs and address any issues highlighted to sales team.
* Work with sales team and Channel Marketing to prioritize infrastructure build (displays, shelves, fixtures) in key retailers.
* Work with Product Marketing to develop channel promotions and provide necessary input to ensure distributor and retailer buy-in of key activities.
* Work with distributor and retailers to plan effective trade shows to deliver sales objectives.
* Work with commercial subsidiary to drive Commercial FPP products at retail
* Drive Microsoft as a preferred supplier and partner for our distributor and retailers
* Preferred Working Experience:
* Candidate needs to have 5-10 years of sales experience in consumer goods or IT products with at least 2-3 years proven success in sales management and working with distributor.
* Education:
* Degree/Diploma preferred.
