
Job Responsibilities:
1. People management: leading a team of systems sales representative for particular IBM Hardware brands as well as provides leadership and guidance to staff to ensure that business objectives and customer requirements are met.
2. With their team, attainment of all revenue, expense, profit and customer satisfaction objectives
3. Resource deployment, leveraging support of extended IBM team (e.g., Business Partners Organization) and partnering with the rest of the IBM sales community teams
4. With the team, development of account plans and strategies to meet the required objectives
5. Responsible for managing the sales efforts of all professionals engaged in the selling of IBM products, financing and services within a unit.
6. Responsible for customer satisfaction, overall territory management and control of business objectives for which assigned.
