
Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide the technical knowledge in the sale of hardware solutions as well as Networking Infrastructure in Telecommunication Industry
2. Employees in this role provide the technical skills to support the sale of IBM products, solutions and services within a business unit.
3. They are responsible for maintaining comprehensive knowledge of product offerings, strategies and direction as it relates to their customer set.
4. Responsible for solution, industry and competitive knowledge as it relates to the customers and products they are responsible for.
5. Also responsible for maintaining in-depth technical, business and professional skills enabling them to effectively support the sales process and goals of the business unit.
6. Employees possess the ability to: analyze the customer's technical and business environment articulating the benefits of IBM products and solutions; give product/solution presentations, answer technical questions and objections; and differentiate IBM offering(s) from competitive alternatives creating customer preference for IBM offering(s), based on that differentiation.
7. They are responsible for a high level of client satisfaction by ensuring the successful implementation and deployment of product(s) and solution(s).
8. The scope of works will be responsible for ASEAN countries and resides in Jakarta - Indonesia.
