Requirements :
- Required certifications : Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS), Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), A+ Hardware, Microsoft System Certifications (MCSE), HDI Senior Analyst
- High School, Diploma degree or equivalent
- 2 years of college computer related courses preferred
- Min 1 year of related experience
- Good interpersonal skills
- Able to interact with people in a pleasant manner
